Damaged Sprinkler System

We have been calling risk management for almost 2 months now. the phone rings and rings with no answer. I would like to file a claim because we had to have our system repaired only because At&T broke it.

Seems there was a fairly recent change in Sedgwick contact info. Have you tried Sedgwick Claim Center at 855.365.4976, 8am - 4:30pm CST?
