Damage on neighborhood install of fiber

Hello,

I just found that ATT damaged a sprinkler line during the install of fiber optic cable in the neighborhood.  Who can I contat to get this fixed immediately?  It is leaking water.

When AT&T cut my comcast cable they said to call comcast as they wouldn't help me. The tech also suggested that I "call a friend". Maybe you have a friend who fixes sprinkler lines and they can help you? It's all a big joke to them.

You can contact either @ATTU-verseCare or contact our customer care/technical support department. We will usually either send the tech back out who did the work to fix it, or send a team of restoration specialists who should be able to help.

If neither of those are possible for us to do, then we'll need you to hire someone to do the work yourself and complete a claim so we can re-imburse you the amount.

Thank you @kaelanstorm.

Do you know the customer care/technical support #?

I had the pipe fixed already since it was leaking water.

Is there a way to be reimbursed.  I have pic and video evidence of the damage and fix.

Thanks for your help.

@joefont4872 You would call 1-800-288-2020 and ask to file a Property Damage Claim, they will start the process and someone will come out to inspect and gather information.

Yeah, right.  I have been fighting ATT for months, and even went through Ky Attorney General's office, which they told the Ky Attorney General Office that they are still investigating and trying to help me out - which is a lie. They keep switching me from one dept to another - 5 times.  Kevin ***** - AT&T President of AT&T Dallas - told me last night that they were not going to do anything about the damage.   He said they do not believe they caused the damage.  I guess too bad for me.  The local AT&T people in charge of the job said they have had trouble with the contractor who did the work, and the AT&T girl who inspected the property before and after (with pictures that she showed me I had no damage before the installation), said it was AT&T's fault and they would fix it, but as soon as her job was on the line she changed her story.  AT&T told me no one that even the Ky Attorney General's office could do anything to AT&T and for me to get an attorney.  Like I can afford to legally fight AT&T.  They have acted in bad faith about everything, and know that they can get away with whatever they want to do. They are corporate giants that think they are above the law.
