damage during AT&T fiber install
Our fiber was installed on June 23, 2023. While the tech was doing the install, he pulled a wire out of the jack in my salt system, rendering it unoperable. He admitted his mistake, and told me to get it repaired, and I would be reimbursed. It has been repaired at a service call cost of $100. I have the receipt. He provided me with a phone # that is no longer in service. How do I file a claim to get reimbursed for this?

Call CS 1-800-288-2020 and say “Damage claim”.

WE're here to point you in the right direction with your damage concerns, @DanaDenton!
Just as our ACE, @skeeterintexas mentioned, the first thing to do is call us at 800.288.2020 and mention damage claim. This will start the whole process for you.
Once a rep has given you a submitted claim number, and you haven't heard anything in 2 business days, or you've already filed a claim and want to follow up, you can go to www.mysedgwick.com and register as a new user using your submitted claim number. You can frequent the site for claim updates and also contact your Sedgwick adjuster.
Don't hesitate to reach back out with any other questions or concerns. Thank you for visiting the AT&T Community Forums!

I filed a claim, got a call back the next day wanting to know who my homeowner's insurance is with. No idea what that has to do with it. Gave him the info, and was told I would get a call back LAST WEEK. No call back. Been on phone for 2 hours trying to speak with somebody to get my reimbursement.

Hey @DanaDenton, let's take a look into the status of your reimbursement!
You can always get status updates and get in contact with the person in charge of your claim. All you need is your claim number. Let's go ahead and move this conversation into a direct message. This way we can look into the claim. Be on the lookout for a chat notification in the upper right-hand portion of the page, next to the bell icon. Once you're there, we can continue this over the phone or in chat if you'd prefer.
We look forward to speaking with you!

I've still not received a call or reimbursement for my $100 claim. I have called several times, never get a call back. This is ridiculous, and unacceptable. The claim status update option
doesn't work. Gives 404 error.

Mine is open and shut. The technician admitted to the damage via text message, and phone conversation. I'm getting angry over this.
