Cut my irrigation line from initial AT&T service connection to my home. No response from AT&T to cover damage repair?
My irrigation/sprinkler line was cut during the initial install of AT&T service back on October 14, 2021. Ms. Katherine Bigsby. the claim examiner did not respond back. She called me on the 15th and asked to attach the proof of repair. I had to wait for my bill generated from the service company then it was emailed to her. Since then, I have had no response from her or AT&T to cover the damage. On top of that my Spectrum phone line was also cut that day. Left my older mom with no phone for at least a week until she couldn't wait any longer and told me. That was her designated phone line. She is almost 80 years old. I hope you can help. Thank you.
