Cut fiber internet cable

My fiber internet cable got cut by a guy doing my yard in June. Called customer support and they had someone coming out the next day. I was told that the repair would be $99.00.  I received a letter from risk management saying I owed over $350 from the “incident”.  I called customer service last week and they said again that $99.00 would be what I owed, but they showed that I owed nothing. I never received a bill for the service either. Any help is appreciated.
