constant rescheduling with installation issues
I've been trying to set up AT&T fiber internet at my new home for more than a week now. The first appointment, the tech said he could not find the wire since the conduit was blocked. Since it's a new home, I called the plumber on the warranty out and he confirmed nothing was blocking the conduit and the tech was looking at the wrong opening. Since then I have rescheduled the appointment 3 times with no success. No one has contacted me to confirm the appointment and no technician has shown up to the reschedule appointment. It's EXTREMELY frustrating at this point because every single support person has told me something different every time and they have told me this has been escalated but no one contacted me with any solution! My rescheduled appointment keeps getting cancelled with no notification or confirmation.
So disappointed in AT&T service.
