Complaint - Fiber - Reprehensible tactics
For you to suspend my account as a force tactic to make me schedule a switch from copper to fiber was an insulting and disrespectful act to a 20+ years customer. You chose to do this on a Sunday when I was unable to receive any assistance and therefore unable to function in my household as needed. I lost an entire day of work, school and normal activities. You chose to make my account appear to have been unpaid when I have always paid my bill on time for 20 years. I am appalled at this egregious behavior chosen by your company to forcefully make someone convert over. Please know that this choice by your company will cost you a 20+ year loyal customer.
