COMPLAINT Digging in private community

I would like to make a formal complaint to be documented in the event my community entrance is damaged. The HOA Board was not notified of the scheduled 9/22/23 digging.  Digging equipment was staged overnight on 9/21/23. Then on 9/22/23 multiple large pickup trucks and additional equipment were parked on the westside entrance grass area.  The main concern is our grass and sprinkler irrigation system.  Please reply back that the complaint has been received.
