Community Complaint

In the past few months at&t contractors have been installing fiber optics in my neighborhood (Memorial Park Way Katy TX). The first contractor was run off from this job. A second contractor was hired and started working to finish the job. However the first contractor left an open hole with exposed fiber optic cables in the hole covered with plywood and the dirt they remove from the hole was place on the sidewalk. This hole is located near the street intersection of South West Green Blvd and Highland Knolls Dr. near the Memorial Park Way middle school where kids going to school have to walk onto the street to avoid the dirt and hole. This is dangerous situation for these kids because South West Green Blvd is 4 lane and heavily traveled just before school starts. Please fix this issue. Jeff Mashburn
