Commercial Building Prep for Fiber (New Construction)

We're in the process of building a commercial building in an area with AT&T Fiber.  The builder wants to know what requirements AT&T has for the building itself to prepare it for service.  (Contractor says it's a whole lot easier now to run pipes and wires than when everything gets finished in.)  Anyone know exactly what configuration needs to be made to make this work right?  For example, one post I saw said that the conduit should go into the building near where the power goes in, is that correct?  Any other requirements?
