Cleaning the mess-up?

Hello AT&T,

There was a service call performed at an outside junction box. The location is next to my home. As usual, I have to clean up after your "PROFESSIONAL" service technicians. Well, it's Christmas 2021, and I have given all the gifts out this year. It seems at least once and sometimes twice a year, I am giving you guys a gift by cleaning your messes. 

Please be more responsible and have pride in your craft.

Just reach out to our property damage team, Sedgwick, at 855-365-4976. You'll just need the following information:

  • Location – The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.
  • Photos – Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged. If possible, include photos of the person, vehicle, or equipment that caused the damage. Photos can be from cameras, cell phones, or other devices.
