I came back to at&t. Got new modem yesterday, followed directions, lights are green, can’t connect to it. Has anyone else had this happen and how do I fix it?
Which AT&T Gateway did you receive and has your scheduled "self-install" date passed? If you connected your AT&T Gateway before your activation date / time, you should restart your AT&T Gateway and external ONT if you have one.
Also have you checked your devices to verify that they are setup for DHCP or in the valid range for the default IP range of 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.252 Can you see and connect to the Wi-Fi SSID of the AT&T Gateway?
