Can I pay to have fiber optics run to my house?

I live about a mile form where fiber optics was just ran to, i was curious if i could pay with my own money to have it ran to my house? Im willing to pay any amount.   i can give you my address if you need it.

It’s 10 dollars per foot to run fiber. So roughly 52 thousand plus fiber cable to run

And running the fiber is just the beginning. What you're asking for is business dedicated internet, an entirely different animal from the residential fiber service. It requires a multiyear agreement, (2 or 3 years) instead of 12 months, as with residential service. Costs start at $550 per month for 10/10 internet and around $1080 for 100/100.
