I have an ongoing issue that has been causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

In June, there was construction work near my location that resulted in damage to a buried wire. Although the cable was promptly repaired, it has been left exposed for the past five months. This has led to the wire being cut three additional times, causing repeated interruptions to my service. Not only is this situation frustrating for me, but it is also impacting my next-door neighbor, as the exposed wire runs across her property.

Despite my efforts to resolve this matter by contacting the national bury line, I have faced challenges in getting a satisfactory resolution. Despite assurances that a manager would reach out, I have yet to receive any communication.

I need assistance from someone who can address this situation promptly. The prolonged exposure of the wire and the subsequent interruptions to my service are not only frustrating but also impacting my daily activities.

It is disheartening to note that my neighbor, who recently had service installed, already has her line buried. This stark contrast in service quality is unacceptable, and I am seriously considering switching to another provider if a swift resolution is not achieved.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and ask for a direct line of communication with someone who can ensure the prompt burial of the exposed wire. Your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest convenience is greatly appreciated.

If this issue is already reported please call our Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420, they are available from Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET.
