Broken Irrigation System Upon Fiber Installation

The installation team who used a trencher on my front yard have severed my irrigation system. 
I have made a formal request through Customer Service, but they have not moved forward with this request. 
what can I do!?

Property damage claims against AT&T are handled by Sedgwick. Please call them at 855-365-4976, 8am - 4:30pm CST. to open a new claim and have a rep assigned to you claim or to check on an existing claim status: please call 855-462-537.

Along with what they provided, if you can please collect the following to provide to the rep who will contact you:

  • Location – The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.
  • Photos – Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged. If possible, include photos of the person, vehicle, or equipment that caused the damage. Photos can be from cameras, cell phones, or other devices.
