Broke Internet and TV and left

Recently had the bill for our ATT service jump up so we called and were told we could lower the cost by switching to some other plan. Part of the plan was to install the fiber internet lines to our house. The first person to come and install the lines was incredibly fast and helpful and left us with working internet and TV. However, a week later when they came to bury the lines, our internet and TV both have stopped working completely. ATT has sent out multiple people to look at the problem and every one of them says it’s an issue they need someone else to come deal with and leaves. This has been a full week of calling and waiting on people to come out and tell us to wait for the next person to come out. And the whole time we have been completely without any of the service we pay for. In the meanwhile I have seen plenty of neighbors getting their cables installed and lines dug with no problem but no one seems to be in any rush to adjudicate the issue they left us with.

That’s certainly not the service we want our customers to experience and we want to get this resolved for you.

 

Since this is in regards to an outside line install, the best place to contact would be our Buried Wire Center, as they handle needs with lines that have been having issues.
