Backyard Property Damage obtained a Reference # and no return call
On Friday, July 8th there were service team in my back yard. I was not home and was not informed--I saw the workers from my camera later that day & checked with my neighbor and told that was AT&T installing lines.
1. I am not an AT&T customer and was not notified of the work and appreciate workers digging up my yard when I am not a customer.
2. There was no notification or and follow up to address what or why they were in my yard. Other neighbors stated they were notified and coordinated the time with AT&T. My question is did AT&T go to the right yard or why would they install anything in a backyard when the home is not an AT&T account and no permission.
3. My yard was dug up in multiple areas and a sprinkler head is now having issues (I just had my sprinklers addressed a month ago).
4. I called in on Tuesday once back at home spoke with Michelle she gave me a reference # (PX83WS52) and told me I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours by a manager or field supervisor that was involved with the work--No phone call to date. I did call in yesterday spoke to Al and he further escalated and have not heard anything.
