ATT WiFi for neighbor

Jose

- W Byron St., Chicago, IL 60634

- [EDITED]

- [email scrubbed]

- Contact me at anytime.

- I have someone moving in above me and he is need of WiFi Internet. I have fiber but he wants his own individual account and service but I believe my house is not registered as a 2-flat or apartment. What would I or he have to do in order for him to get WiFi setup in his home with AT&T?

So how would I change that?

I suspect you would need to contact local government above changing the zoning for your address.

Get the address on the tax rolls as two separate properties, then register the new address with the post office. Once done can then request an address validation case to add the new address into ATT database.

Or have the individual consider a different internet service provider such as local cable company, satellite internet or using cellular service hotspot.

We are here to help, @oramirez21.

Thank you to @mythoughts for the useful information. As he said, you would need to add the second address for your property. After this you can  reach back out to us for more help with address verification.

Let us know if you have any more questions or concerns.
