AT&T shows Fiber available at my address, but it is not...

AT&T's availability tool shows that Fiber is available at my address, but it is not. On two recent occasions, I've scheduled installation only to be told that there is no fiber near my house. That being so, I'm scared we will *never* get it because AT&T thinks we already have it! Fiber *is* run in my neighborhood, but stopped on the opposite side of my cul-de-sac. Is there anything I can do to fix the records so that we might be scheduled to get fiber some day?

What speeds shows available to your address and the addresses you say have fiber? 25,50,300,500 etc.

You could try an address validation to correct the database. Include the info that your address is showing the wrong speed available.

Let's see if Fiber is really available in your area, @mace0gha1n

Our ACE, @browndk26 is correct. You'll need to perform an address validation in order to confirm that service is available in your area. Just fill out the form and you'll be notified if it's available!

If it is available, you can call 1-800-288-2020 or visit our AT&T Fiber website to get set up!

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out!
