AT&T Property Damage Claim
AT&T installed new fiber service in my neighborhood, and during the process significantly damaged the main sanitary sewer line to my home as well as my lawn irrigation water lines resulting in house-wide backed up plumbing and back alley flooding. I have attempted filing a property damage claim through their Sedgwick Claims Center number as recommended by another AT&T forum (https://forums.att.com/conversations/uverse-tv-account/att-property-claims-for-damages/5defd3bcbad5f2f606162c28)
I've not been able to get in touch with a representative and instead am greeted by a voicemail that says "Sorry, the mailbox is full and there is not enough space to leave a message." Unfortunately I haven't found any other way to begin filing the claim, whether it be filing online or speaking with a customer service representative.
Please help!

Hi, @loganwest, we're happy to address your concern.
We understand that you've been unsuccessful in your attempts to reach our claims department about the damage done to your sewer line. However, as they are the only department who can initiate a claim for you, we encourage you to try reaching out again at their main number. The Property Damage department doesn't handle claims here in the forums, so calling is the best option.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you! If you have any other questions or concerns, just let us know.
