att made hole and said would fix lawn

ATT made hole on my new lawn said would make it look back the way it was. The service they sent put dead grass in twice then the third time it still died now they won't even answer my calls and said the supervisor would call. Have received no call and a really big part of lawn is dead. Lawn Pest Control service said it had grubs. How can I get somebody to call me back or get a number to call. Started 8/18/18
