ATT Laid FIber Lines in Neighborhood and Destroyed my Property
Who do I contact? They dug up rock which now covers most of my yard and landscape.
The foreman I spoke to when they are almost complete in my neighborhood said they would rake up the rocks, reseed, and cover with straw.
oh they covered the rocks with straw.
They owe me a new yard! Half destroyed, can't mow or trim without rocks flying everywhere.
March 4th-July 2021 work continued.

Let's get your yard back to normal, @jscanlan526
We recommend filing a property claim for damages.
When filing a claim you will need to provide the physical address and photos of the area that is damaged.
Once you have gathered all of the necessary information you will then call our claims center at 855-365-4976.
Let us know if you have additional questions or concerns.
Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

AT&T ran fiber optic cable through my back yard and left a hole in the back yard. I have called the number on the door hanger several times and no one calls me back. I would like to get this filled. I live in Spring, Tx.

AT&T damage claim: EX83XQ92
Xfinity service reimbursement
Ticket #054404850
Monday morning 11am
Technician will call before
They just destroyed my yard here in Katy, TX. Not to mention slicing through our internet coax, serviced by Xfinity. When speaking to customer support, I’m told that “even though AT&T caused the damage, you will have to call Xfinity for the repair because we do not work on other company’s wires or equipment.” Verbatim. And don’t bother calling the number listed above for AT&T Customer SuckIt, no one ever picks up. I tried 4 times today & plan on sending a letter demanding a claim be opened immediately. They don’t give a sh*t unless you use AT&T as your provider, otherwise absolutely eff off. Two claims, actually, 1 to pay for the Xfinity repair service bill & another for the beautiful garden that they absolutely massacred. If I could upload pictures here, I would.

AT&T can't repair xFinity service. You will need to call Comcast for a repair or a new drop. 99.999% chance it was a contractor that caused the damage and they are going to be responsible for the claims.
You appear to already have at least 1 Claim number open at this point.
You can post pictures here. There is a Picture Icon on the New Post window Options line. It is the square with a sun and a squiggle for mountains. It is right next to the Chain Icon to create a Hyperlink.
Was your existing service that was cut marked by a marking service like 811 with flags or paint on the ground? If they did not mark the service then they get to pay for the damage to your Comcast drop.
