AT&T Internet Service Outage
I am new to AT&T as a servicer but I had fiber through Verizon in NY and loved it.
My experience so far in SC has been nothing short of horrific.
Just days after my service was installed, another AT&T truck showed up across the street, dug into the ground and started working on something. Moments later my service was off.
Now it will take 2 weeks for someone to come out (problem caused by AT&T.)
My wife works from home so major inconvenience.
The wire bury team had an appointment that was already two weeks from initial service date but now has no ETA since they are backlogged.
Needless to say, I am really annoyed and should have stayed with Spectrum.

Based off the information provided, we'd recommend checking our outage page for the most up-to-date details on any service interruption that you may be a part of.
As for getting your wire buried, you'll want to reach out to the Buried Wire Center in order to get updates on that front. You can reach them at 800.924.9420 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET.
