AT&T Internet Fiber - pending connectivity/ activation
I am an AT&T customer for more than a decade.
I am downsizing and moving to this new community "Cottages of Celina, TX" where AT&T has already laid Internet Fiber, but it is pending activation for several weeks. Please activate ASAP.
Please note, I work remotely with elders at home, and Internet Fiber is a lifeline for us.
Please do the needful ASAP.

Hi, @kannan61, we'd be glad to help you look into your fiber availability.
Here are some reasons why fiber may not be available in your area:
Note: In order to get higher speeds, you must be within a certain distance of the serving equipment or the equipment must be present in the area. Points 1 and 2 apply in these scenarios. If internet is not available, there are other options.
If you believe it should be available in your area, but it doesn't show up when you try to order service, you can fill out an address research request. Just fill out the form, and we'll look into it and get back to you!
Finally, we recommend signing up for fiber notifications. When fiber is available in your area, we'll let you know!
