ATT Fiber Internet Assesment?

I want to switch to ATT from Spectrum, but I'm a bit on the hook. I have a couple of questions.

1) does the price of 80$ for the 1 gig plan go up after some time?

2) is there any installation fee?

3) can they keep my current Spectrum cable line intact so I can switch back if I have some issues with AT&T? I'm thinking of keeping my Spectrum subscription active during my first month with AT&T and then canceling afterwards if it goes well.

4) can I have a tech come to my house to give me a rundown of what will need to be done before going all in?

5) any other terms or conditions I need to know about?

6) how many fees should I expect to pay in Passdena
