AT&T Fiber installation keeps knocking out power and Xfinity internet for several days in a row

AT&T is installing fiber cables in my neighborhood, which is great, but the installers keep cutting both the Xfinity lines (which is what we have for internet) and the Georgia Power lines. I work from home and for the past few days, we've been without internet and/or power. This is not working for me and it most certainly cannot be the norm for the next few weeks while they do the install. I'd like to file a complaint and find a resolution. Please advise who to contact.

If you've never been sent a DM here before, you won't see the icon until they send one.  Then it will look like the pic below with a red strobe dot at the top of the forum page.
