AT&T going in all around us, but told not to our current AT&T house- Request help?
We currently have at&t fiber being installed to all of the homes around us, but were told by several of the crew installing the lines that it would not be run to our home. We currently have at&t, just like all the other residents along this road.
Is there a way to put in a request or someone to talk to about this?
We have tried contacting the 1800 number several times but the individual in another country struggles to understand what we are asking for.
While working all up and down the road, the installation crew also knocked out our service. We have been with out our paid service for almost 2 weeks now and was told it would be 1 more week until they could get someone out to fix our service.
