AT&T Fiber going in all around us, but told not to our current AT&T house- Request help?

AT&T going in all around us, but told not to our current AT&T house- Request help?

We currently have at&t fiber being installed to all of the homes around us, but were told by several of the crew installing the lines that it would not be run to our home. We currently have at&t, just like all the other residents along this road.

Is there a way to put in a request or someone to talk to about this?

We have tried contacting the 1800 number several times but the individual in another country struggles to understand what we are asking for.

While working all up and down the road, the installation crew also knocked out our service. We have been with out our paid service for almost 2 weeks now and was told it would be 1 more week until they could get someone out to fix our service.

If you're looking to see whether your address could be eligible for fiber service since it seems that your neighbors are getting it, your best bet would be to submit an address verification request (keep in mind you'll need to wait until the service has been fully activated in your neighborhood before filling out this form- we can't validate service if it isn't yet available).


As for your service being cut, this can sometimes happen while the infrastructure in your area is being upgraded. We do apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience while our technicians work to get service back up and running for everyone. ATT doesn’t announce fiber expansion plans so you will never know if it will come to your street. The deployments often make no sense. ATT added fiber to the subdivision next to us but stopped at the last section.
