AT&T fiber cable expedited


We had our fiber installed back on June 12th and we live in a set of townhomes and recently the landscape people cut our fiber lines September 28th.  The cables and flags run through out neighbors yard and they may have removed the flags.  Our technicians was able to come out for four days and when account manager came after our tech she couldn't provide her credentials to atleast helped us get these cables buried.  We work from home and can't always rely on Hotspot to get us by during long outages.  If this happens again, we will need to go to a competitor. Who can I talked to get these cables buried at a timely manner?
