ATT dug up yard 2 months ago and haven’t been back
AT&T dug 4 very large holes in my yard on March 14. It is basically now May and no progress has been made and have not seen workers back working in the yard for weeks. The dirt to fill these holes has pretty much washed away due to all of the rain. I’m 99% certain I have standing water under the end of my driveway now due to the holes dug by this company. I do not want my driveway to wash out. Someone has now placed wooden posts with the orange temporary fencing around each hole. This is absolutely ridiculous how long this has taken. My yard looks even worse and grass company has to work around. More dirt is going to have to be brought in to appropriately fill these holes in. Having my yard in this condition for going on 2 months is absurd. Come fill the holes in until you can get supplies you need if that is the issue.

If you need to file a new claim, have the following information available:
Once you have the information together, call the Claim Center at 800.894.0374. Once the administrator receives the information, they will assign it to a claims examiner. The examiner will generally contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss the report and get additional information.

Att tore my yard up in July '22 and I have a second "claim number " na14g789 many calls and still nothing has happened 9/20/22!
