AT&T Damaged Property during Fiber Install

We had some issues with the AT&T Subcontractors.  Who do we contact? 

 

1)      Broke the waterline to the property.

  1. a) In the process of fixing that they broke the power meter on the power pole.
  2. b) With no water completely shut down the Lenape Grill (casino restaurant), and restrooms for almost two hours at the casino.
  3. c) There is mud everywhere in the parking lot. Causing mud to be tracked into the casino.
  4. d) Broke a 2x6 foot section of asphalt off in the parking lot.

2)      Fiber is being run into the tribal admin building. Yes, that building does need the fiber ran into it.

3)      Yes the mud will need to be cleaned up.
