AT&T broke fiber line and no showed twice for repairs
Monday afternoon AT&T sent a crew to bury a fiber line in our back yard. They broke the line, cutting internet to the house. They told me they reported the problem and had a technician coming to fix it and they left. No technician showed up.
This morning I contacted AT&T to check on the status of the repair. They told me they had no record of the break being reported but would dispatch a technician by end of day. No technician showed up.
I'm not sure how to get help at this point. It seems useless to keep reporting the problem but they aren't fixing it and I'm still without internet.
I requested a call back from their team but no one called. It's very weird to have such unavailable service.
