That's not the way you order service. You call an place an order.

Brand new address will need to call and request a validation case be opened, given a ticket number with response in 2 to 4 weeks. That’s to get your address in the system then need to order and schedule appointment.

Recommend looking into 5G Home Internet from ATT AIR, T-Mobile or Verizon if available… otherwise a hotspot if cannot use moms internet while waiting.

What do you mean by internet extensions? Are you talking about tapping into her system physically (via a cable)?

Since you say you've done "ALL" of the above, are you still waiting on the address validation? If you are then getting another internet service in the meantime may be the best option.

There are WiFi extenders for long range outdoor that 'might' work if your mom allows you to share her internet temporarily. There is also running an Ethernet cable from her home to yours if it can be properly protected. Others may be able to chime in with specific guidance on these two options.

Also are you just trying to get internet in general or is your "need" for a specific function? (work from home for example).
