3 Saturdays in a row now, No tech shows up to install fiber internet at my place, What else can I do???
This is the 3rd Saturday in a row I have had a tech scheduled to come out to my place and install fiber internet and no one shows up, no one calls or anything. I've called the customer service back both previous times, the first time they claimed the order was never finished, which I don't understand how b/c I have the email verifying a tech would arrive 12-2 on the day no one arrived. I re-scheduled for the next Saturday, no one showed up or calls again. I called customer service again, the guy said the order was never properly submitted and he would do it and re-schedule again for today, Saturday 12-2. He even gave me a conformation # but yet here we are again, no one shows up or even calls. I don't know what else to do about this. I'm not calling customer service again to stay on hold for 30 min again to talk to another rep b/c it's a waste of time. How can a company this large be so incompetent? Is there an email or a corporate phone number that I can call that will bypass the useless customer service and can help me out?
