1GB AT&T Fiber does not let me work from home but Spectrum 500MB broadband does?
One of us works remotely - from home - 100% of the time. We recently got ATT fiber installed and this internet will not connect to the work SQL server or upload any reports. The spectrum broadband does work and uploads to the work server with no issues. How is that possible? How could twice the bandwidth of fiber not be able to do what broadband does? If the ATT internet does not allow us to work from home, we will have to cancel our service before they even get back out here to bury it.

Some thoughts…
* your IT department needs to whitelist the ATT IP address.
* need to turn your Spectrum off (unplug) and then turn your computer off after some time turn the computer back on and see if the device has an ATT IP address that will connect to work.
The thought is your device software is wanting to use Spectrum IP and not ATT.
