Won't find connected devices

Turned off daughter's internet and now can't turn back on because I can't find connected devices to turn it back on! I've rebooted twice and still no luck.

We will be happy to help you with your internet concerns.  To be able to help you the best, though, we have a few questions:

  1. Did you cancel and then restart the service with AT&T?
  2. Did you just unplug the AT&T Router and now cannot get reconnected to the internet/WiFi?
  3. Did you disconnect a device through Parental Controls in the Smart Home Manager and cannot find where to reconnect?
