without internet for the last 6 days

I have been a AT&T wireless customer for years and recently i moved to a new place (5 months ago) and added AT&T internet. In the last 5 months i was out of internet several times. Every time they come and fix the wire outside my house but the line got cut after few days as lot of construction cars are coming in our neighborhood and those wires are exposed. after few times they realized that they need to bury the wire underground otherwise it's gonna keep happening. so the last time when it happened ( 6 days ago) i asked them that how long i have to go through this problem. they promised to send somebody which they did but those guys failed to do so. SO FOR THE LAST 6 DAYS I DON'T HAVE ANY INTERNET AND THEY CAN'T TELL ME WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO FIX IT. Two guys showed up yesterday again for the burial but same thing again. Today my wife called them and they told us that we have to wait till Monday and i am not even sure whether they can fix it on that day either. SO LITERALLY WE ARE PAYING AT&T FOR NOT HAVING INTERNET. is there anyway i can escalate this or forward this email to some responsible people who knows how to fix this. i work from home a lot and this is getting completely out of hand. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @tanveer68,

Thank you for using the Community Forums to bring this to us. I would like to provide the information to get this resolved!

I was able to research and locate our eSupport on Report an unburied cable, exposed wire, or obstructed line. This will have the correct work group to contact which will be our AT&T Buried Wire Center.  They will best assist in getting this resolved.

Thank you for your time!
