WiFi extenders

Hello. I ran the troubleshooting tool last week and was told that I qualified for free network extenders and they would be sent in three working days. It is not listed in any order form. I have tried to contact ATT every day since then on chat, call, and twitter with no luck. I was even told I would get a call from the Office of the President ( From ATT Thursday 4/2: Hi, we apologize for the delay. We are currently experiencing high volumes due to COVID-19. To help us address your concerns, one of our Office of the President team members will be calling you on the number you provided us in the next 48 business hours. If you prefer us to call you on a different number, please let us know. -Social Media Specialist). Still no call.
