Wifi Extender Air 4921
After one week, just stopped powering up. No red light, no green light. I have attempted reset button and left unplug for hours, to reset. Any help would be appreciative. I am unable to get assistance through phone or main website.

It could be dead or it could be the power supply. Did you try plugging the power supply into a different wall socket, one that you know works?
It appears as though it uses a 12V 1A power supply (confirm those output specs on the power supply label). If you've got another power supply for some other device that outputs 12V and at least 1A (higher is fine) and the connector fits, you could try that and see if the AirTies powers on.
Regardless, if it's under warranty you'll have to contact wherever you purchased it for a replacement.
