WIFI disonnects

I just  received a new replacement Router, and the wifi keeps disconnecting after 20-30 min of use. Its happening in the middle of video conferencing and online class. Ive been great for 6 months, but since receiving replacement router, nothing but problems. Unable to speak to real person at ATT!

Do you have a gateway (router/modem combo) or separate modem and router?

It would help to know what Gateway model you have previously and did you receive the same model?


When your Wi-Fi drops does it come back on it's own or do you have to take any steps to get it working again?
