Wifi Connected but No Internet

I continually get a strong WiFi signal on my ATT Internet, but I constantly get the exclamation bar, meaning no internet.  I have tried to replace the ATT Modem, but nothing.

We can help you with your Wi-Fi and Internet connection, gillyannh.

 

Start by using the Smart Home Manager to check your Wi-Fi strength:

  1. Open the Smart Home Manager app on your mobile device
  2. Select the For You tab
  3. Look for the Easily Find Weak Wi-Fi in your location and select Get Started
  4. Follow the prompts to check out your home network Wi-Fi coverage

We'd also like for you to use our guide to learn the best location for your modem. Modem location can affect your Wi-Fi signal, so you'll want to make sure you have an enviroment that will give you the strongest signal.

 

Lastly, you can use our Wi-Fi 101 article to identify potential issues that may be causing your Wi-Fi to be slow, intermittent, or not allow you to connect to the Internet.
