VERY slow page loads with Fiber 300
I've had the Fiber 300 package for about 3 months now and consistently having slow load times. When I run speed tests, I am getting the speeds advertised with my package and the ping is right in line with a fast connection (5-25ms). But on all devices I have connected (Smart TV, iPhones, laptops) load times for all webpages and apps take 5-15 seconds and then the page loads instantly. This is constant regardless if there is 1 active connection or more devices paired with the Wifi.
I also have my main PC hardwired to the router and I still get this issue.
This is particularly frustrating as my fiance is a software engineer working from home, and her various apps/programs fail daily because of his issue, whereas her co-workers can instantly run testing with no errors/faults.
I suspect that the router/modem itself is the issue. If I restart/reboot the router, it will work as designed with fast load times for about 1-2 hours, and then reverts back to slowly loading pages. system updates have not helped the problem at all.
Looking for any solutions.
