This is feedback for AT&T

Since I have literally never had the chance to speak with someone about my problem I'm leaving feedback here. The following are all facts, not my opinion.

***This is not the first problem I've experienced with AT&T (internet)

-Lost internet connection yesterday (fiber)

-Called internet customer support first but was never connected to anyone, just continues to loop back around to the main menu (after my wife and I tried different times, 15+minutes each time)

-Finally got connected to someone via chat (which was painful, but they scheduled a technician to come out this morning)

-Technician never showed

-Called again and was still never able to connect with someone

-Connected with support via chat. After almost 2 hours on chat with them they finally scheduled another technician to come out this afternoon. They never showed either.

***We can't connect with someone to complain. No technicians have showed per the scheduled appointments. I'm so confused about what we're supposed to do???

Unfortunately this is NOT a way to contact AT&T.  This is a customer-to-customer message board,

You can file a complaint with the BBB.  I'm not sure how that is going to solve your immediate problem but those are forwarded to the OOP.

No sure what market your in, but most areas I am aware is 3 to 4 days for a scheduled service call..  calls on Thrusdays would be Saturday at very earliest if opening exist but more likely Sunday (Skelton crews about 15% of techs in the area) or Monday.

If lost connection on Friday most repairs would be Monday or Tuesday schedule not same day or next day.
