Some particular websites never finish loading only when we access them via WiFi with AT&T modem
Some particular websites like Twitter never finish loading only when we access them via WiFi with AT&T modem. However, when I switch to a phone line (google fi), I can access those websites without any problem.
I have identified AT&T's modem settings as the likely cause after trying all possible methods, including clearing the browser's cache, restarting the modem etc. How should I change the modem settings to fix this issue?
My environment is as follows
- iPhone 11 Pro
- iOS 14.2
- Both Chrome and Safari
- Motorola BGW210-700

I am having the same issues. Twitter and wikipedia pages have broken links where there should be images displayed. Other websites do not load at all. This issues started about a week or so ago. Have performed all suggested troubleshooting -- restart the gateway, clear browser cache and history. This is happening on all of my computers with running different versions of MacOS (Catalina and Big Sur) and different browsers (Safari, Firefox and Chrome). The issues goes away when I change the DNS from default to Quad9 so I suspect it is DNS related.

Let's see if we can help get your internet back up to par, @goodsleeper.
Here is more information on how to optimize your internet and get the most out of it. We recommend that use our Smart Home Manager Tool to manage your network and check to see how many devices you have.
Also, we suggest that you use our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. You can check for any line failure, and run health diagnostics for your network. This will also tell you if you need a technician to come look at everything.
Let us know if this helps.

Hi @goodsleeper, We are happy to help.
We notice you stated the these sites are Twitter linked websites that you are having trouble accessing.
You might try checking the firewall settings or your virus protection software.
Let us know it this helps.

@AT&THelp I don't use any firewall settings or virus protection software on my iPhone. Also, it's very unlikely to be them, as this issue only happens when using AT&T WiFi.

@goodsleeper.
Since this seems to only be happening on our internet, you may want to Factory Reset your Gateway to try and force a software update. Give it a shot and let us know how that goes!

I've solved the problem by following the instructions in the following posts. AT&T should take action on this issue. cc: @BrokenDNS
