Return ATT Fiber Equipment

We have a client that recently upgraded their fiber link. ATT sent out a new Cisco Router and used port 2 of Ciena box.

I have been trying to call to get a return box for the old router but either get disconnected by the IVR or long hold times then disconnected.

Please help.

The guide mentions Uverse equipment. We have a business Cisco Router. Does it still apply to us?
