Question for Plex uses that have AT&T fiber how did you get remote access working or Do you have it working?
So weird thing I run a plex media server for me and my family it's been work fine I even had remote access working. Until about a week ago I had a power outage for about 4 to 6 hours now I didn't notice this till a few days later. I'm at a remote location and I try to access my PMS viz the website and it's not working so I turn to my cell phone PMS app and it works it show that remote access is up and working says the PMS. So I remote in to my router and check all the setting and everything looks the same. So now I'm confused I have check so other site Reddit,Plex Forums and few other sites everyone is saying it sounds like something with the ISP blocking or Dynamic IP changed. Has anyone else been able to get remote access working with ATT Fiber I know a couple of guys i work with that have ATT and theres has never worked and we few with comcast says there's is working fine to me that rules out a Plex problem. Any help would be great.

If PMS says remote access is working, then Plex has done a probe from their servers to your media server and found it open. Is it possible that the network you're trying to access from is blocking your traffic?

that what i was thinking but i'm on the same network I tried to reach from my win 10 box that Houses PMS. Once i got to the Plex website it says that remote access is off

I can get it working for short periods of time (sometimes as long as a day or so) but then it goes back down. This only happened once I moved from Comcast to AT&T (as I'm running the same setup with opnsense now for several years). since I had spare hardware I setup a separate network (switch with a Unifi USG and PA-220) and connected my Plex box through that (thinking it was something with opnsense) but same thing no matter what I try. We have a new fiber provider in town and they have a 30 day cancellation period. I've ordered their service so I'll have them side by side for almost a month. The do have true transparent bridge mode (checked) so I'm hopeful.
