Problems with AT&T Fiber

Ever since I switched to fiber 1000, I have been having serious issues. TV usually streams fine, but wifi is EXTREMELY slow on my Galaxy S10, my wife's iPhone 11, and a newer model iPad. My wife gets frequently disconnected while connected on her laptop when working from home, which is a huge issue. It seems the wifi can't support more than one device at a time, which is terrible seeing as that's what the AT&T website claims the package is made for. Anyone else having similar issues?

Hey @tschaef0,

 

We'd like to help you with your Wi-Fi. Did they change out the gateway when you upgraded to Fiber 1000? Have you check out our smart home manager app? Helps check on your network health. Are you receiving any errors when you experience the network loss?

 

All our current gateways support up to 20 devices on Wi-Fi; 10 devices on 2.4 Ghz and 10 on 5.0 Ghz. Fiber 1000 gives the bandwidth needed to use those devices at the same time.
