Problem Accessing Pace 5268AC Router using 192.168.1.254
I have a new AT&T/Pace 5268AC Router for the AT&T Fiber service I just had installed. When I try to access the router by entering 192.168.1.254 I get the message:
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
In all other respects, the router is working fine and my computer likewise.
I have tried the access on Chrome & IE and get the same results.
Running Windows 7 professional, current for all updates.
Any assistance is greatly apreciated.

Hey @tlblakeney,
Let's first figure out if that's the correct address.
In Windows, go to Start -> Run -> CMD
From the window that pops up, type "ipconfig" without the quotes and hit enter.
A series of numbers will appear. Look for the section that says Default Gateway. That's going to be the address from the router that you want to type into IE or Chrome.
Give that a try and let us know what it says/if it helps!
