Playstation 5 hard wired into a Airties AT&T Air 4971 wfext4971-41

Hello,

Since November 2022, I’ve had my PlayStation hardwired into Airties Att&t wifi booster. I’ve had no issues playing online since doing this. It was actually rather smooth and everything was great. 

Last week though the issue started started. Online games started being unplayable. The games I play skip due to the connection getting worse for some reason. Not sure what could’ve have happened as location has not changed between my wifi booster and my modem.

what can be a solution? I’ve tried resetting the connection between the two, I’ve tried resetting power on both items. I’m not sure what else I can do at this point.

Just to confirm, do you experience the intermittent service if your PlayStation 5 is connected with an Ethernet cable to your modem? This is to help us figure out if it's the Wi-Fi extender that is causing the service you're experiencing.

It happens both when connected to wifi and when connected through hardwire

Is your PlayStation 5 the only device that you have that you experience the intermittent internet connection on, or is it other devices that you're experiencing this with also?
