Packet Loss

So I've done everything from calling support twice and they both were telling me something clearly off a script to like restart my router and change settings. That too many people were on the internet when according to them, its rated up to 12 items but they said we have 10. Not all 10 items are used at all times. I've gotten a technician to come check out the equipment and he checked it and seen nothing was wrong. That it might be the cable and so I got a new one and its still prevalent. I get around 30 packet loss on apex 10% on cod and 4% on valorant. One guy from at&t said it might be my computer. Ive completely reset it with nothing running and nothing connected just the ethernet and it still gave me packet loss. But it cant be cause I also get around the same numbers of packet loss on my Xbox. What can I do?

Hi there, thanks for reaching us.

We understand your concern with regard to packet loss on your Xbox. Let's get the help you need.

Since you've already tried a few basic troubleshooting steps, we'd recommend connecting your Xbox to a different port on the router and see if it works.

As you've confirmed that the computer isn't the cause, do you have a third-party router connected? This could also be the cause of the high packet loss. So, configure the port forwarding to the Xbox and let us know if the problem persists.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to write back to us.

Thank you.
