Pace 5268AC cannot update wifi configuration

In my home gateway (Pace 5268AC), I cannot update the ssid nor the wifi access passkey. I have attempted via the SHM portal and the local login to the device itself. After entering the device passkey to gain access to the configuration pages, I can enter the new SSID and the new passkey, however after pressing the save button all setting remain the same, nothing gets updated. I am using secure passkeys and SSID (prefer to hide the SSID after the configuration test functional.
